Requesting Your Exam

When you have completed your training and are ready to request your exam, please make sure you know the accrediting body that accredits it. You can find this from your course's page on our website. This will determine which steps you will need to take in order to achieve your certification. When you are ready to request your exam please make sure it is during the time frame specified, your relevant supporting documents and workbooks have been completed, and no other obstacle is causing your exam request to be rejected.

When to Book your Exam

From the moment your Virtual Classroom course ends or your E-Learning expires you will have a 30-day window to request your exam voucher. Once your exam voucher is requested you will be able to book an exam date and time of your choosing, depending on availability (please refer to the steps above on how to request an exam voucher).

Documents Needed to Book your Exam

After successfully completing your training course you will need to submit your exam request following the steps above. The only information that you will need at hand to complete this process is either your invoice number or your Sales Order (SO) number. Your SO number is the reference number you are given once you have successfully booked your course. You will also need your workbook where applicable.

Exam Workbooks

The workbooks are a tool for you to use to gain a better understanding of the subject of your course. Completing the workbooks has shown to increase your chances of passing your exam in the first attempt. To be able to sit your exam some courses require you to complete and upload workbooks at the time of requesting the exam. Your work will not be graded or reviewed by a trainer and is for reference only. This is for you and our accreditors to ensure you have received the proper training and feel confident before sitting the exam. Once you have completed your workbook and have attached it to your exam request our team will then look to approve your request.

Exam Rejection Reasons

Exam requests will either be accepted or rejected within 1 full working day of the request being made. When you are ready to request your exam please make sure it is during the time frame specified, your relevant supporting documents and workbooks have been completed, and no other obstacle is causing your exam request to be rejected. You must request your exam within 30-days after you have finished your virtual course or within 30-days of your E-Learning expiring. If your exam request is rejected please consider the following points as potential reasons:

  • You have not requested your exam within 30-days after your E-Learning expires.
  • You are attempting to book your exam before completing your training course.
  • You are requesting your exam before your payment has gone through/ invoice has been paid.
  • You are requesting a practitioner exam before completing the foundation exam. In this instance, your exam request will be put on hold. Once you have passed your foundation exam, your practitioner voucher will be released. The practitioner exams must still be requested within 30-days of completing the course.
  • You have not completed or have not uploaded the course workbook.
