Accessing Your Exam Pass Certificate
All external exam certificates will be provided by the accrediting body linked to the exam. Once The Knowledge Academy has provided you with an exam voucher, or exam access code, any further queries should be dealt with by the exam board. We are not able to provide you with an exam pass certificate.
For The Knowledge Academy accredited exams you will be able to download your certificate from the E-Learning portal upon passing.
Certificates of Attendance
Any course provided by The Knowledge Academy that does not have an exam will result in a certificate of attendance. This certificate will be issued to you by our exams booking team within one week of course completion. If you have not received your certificate after the one week period, you can raise a ticket on our tickets page requesting it to be sent through to you. All of our attendance certificates will be sent to you in a PDF document.
