Using Your Knowledge Pass

Booking Courses off Your Knowledge Pass

To book a course using your Knowledge Pass Please email your dedicated account manager the following:

  • The course you would like
  • The delivery method in which you would like it taken
  • The date of course (if applicable)
  • The delegate’s name
  • The delegates email

Your account manager will then book them onto the course and the delegate will receive confirmation within 24 hours.

Finding Remaining Spend on my Knowledge Pass

To know how much you have left on your Knowledge Pass, send an email to your dedicated account manager and they will tell you. They can provide information on, what courses you have booked, how much you spent on each course, and other details if you desire.

Knowledge Pass Expiry

You Knowledge Pass lasts for 12 months from date of booking. If you are coming towards the end of your Knowledge Pass, you have two options:

  1. Spend the remaining balance before it expires. You do not have to sit these courses in this timeframe, they can be taken whenever suits you.
  2. If you purchase another Knowledge Pass, you can put the remaining funds onto your next pass.

Renewing your Knowledge Pass

To renew your Knowledge Pass please contact your account manager and they will assist you from there.
