**Booking Courses Using Your Flexi-Pass**

To use your Flexi-Pass please email the Sales Representative who sold you the course with the date you would like and they will get you booked on. If you do not get a response within 3 working days please raise a ticket using our [tickets](https://www.theknowledgeacademy.com/tickets/) page as they may be out of the office.
