Exam results
The duration it takes to return your exam results differs from each accrediting body. If you are sitting an external exam you should receive a provisional result immediately after you finish your exam.
Following on from this you should then receive your official at a later date. Typically PeopleCert results take one week, BCS takes four to six weeks and APMG take one week. If you are having issues with your results please get in touch with your exams accrediting body.
Alternatively, if you are taking an exam run by The Knowledge Academy you will receive your results immediately after. If you have any further queries regarding your results please raise a ticket on our tickets page. A member of our exam booking team will then get in contact with you.
Re-requesting Exam Results
The action to take if you don't receive your exam results is different for each accrediting body that we work with. For information on what to do if you do not receive your result please visit their website or contact a member of their customer service team.
