Payments Through our Website

One of our payment methods is to pay using our website once you have selected the course you require. There is an easy process to follow online to complete the payment. Once your payment has been accepted you will be sent a confirmation email as reference. If you are having any issues with booking a course online, please enquire about the course on the website and one of our Sales Representatives will get in touch with you.

Card Payment Through a Sales Representative

After discussing our courses with one of our Sales Representatives, you are able to complete a card payment through that individual. Our Sales Representative will send you a secure payment to follow. This link is easy to follow and once completed will result in us processing the payment on our side. You will then receive an invoice as a form of receipt.

Booking Form

Another method of payment through one of our Sales Representatives is using a booking form. We will send you an invoice to your chosen invoice email address, and the person who signed the form. The payment will then need to be made in accordance with your previously agreed payment terms.

 

Payment Options

We do not offer any payment instalment plans or split payment options. All payments to The Knowledge Academy will need to be paid upfront.
