How to Submit Feedback or Suggestions After Attending a Course

At The Knowledge Academy, your feedback helps us improve our services, trainers, and course content. Whether you attended a virtual, classroom, onsite, or e-learning session, we’ve made it easy to share your experience.

🧑‍🏫 For Virtual, Classroom, or Onsite Courses

Each delegate receives a personalized feedback link via email from

fb-noreply@theknowledgeacademy.com at the end of the course.

  • This link is unique to you and cannot be shared

  • The feedback form includes:

    • A rating scale (1–10) for the trainer, courseware, and virtual labs (if applicable)

    • A comments section for suggestions or improvements

📧 Check your inbox after your course ends. If you don’t see the feedback email, check your spam/junk folder or raise a support ticket (see below).


💻 For E-learning Courses

You can submit feedback directly within the e-learning portal.

  • After completing your course, go to the course page

  • Click the “Leave Feedback” button

  • Submit your feedback or suggestions
