# 👉 How to Give Feedback for Your eLearning Course

## We value your input! Follow these simple steps to leave feedback on your eLearning experience.

#### 🧭 Step 1: Log in to Your eLearning Portal

You’ll need to log in before submitting feedback.

#### 💬 Step 2: Locate the Feedback Option

Once inside your course:

1. Look for **“Leave Feedback”** on the left-hand side menu
2. This option is only visible **after you’ve completed 50%** of the course
3. Once eligible, you’ll also see a **pop-up prompt** inviting you to provide feedback

📝 You can rate the course and leave comments about the content, overall experience, and any issues you encountered.

#### 🔧 Troubleshooting Tips

If you’re unable to see or use the feedback feature, try the following:

- ✅ **Check Course Progress:** Ensure you’ve completed at least 50% of the course
- 🔄 **Refresh the Page:** Log out and back in or refresh to trigger the feedback prompt
- 🖥️ **Use a Desktop Browser:** Some mobile devices may not support the feedback form
- ⛔ **Allow Pop-Ups:** Enable pop-ups for the eLearning site in your browser settings
- 🔁 **Wait a Moment:** Sometimes there's a brief delay after hitting 50% before the feedback option becomes available

If you still can't see or submit your feedback:

### Raise a Ticket:

1. Log in to **MyPortal**
2. Click **Raise a Ticket**
3. Select the category: `eLearning / Feedback`
4. Provide the following:
   
     - Course title
     - Your current progress percentage
     - A short description of the issue
