How to Book your team member on a Course (FlexiPass or Multi-Course Orders)

If you've purchased a FlexiPass or made a multi-course booking for your team, The Knowledge Academy makes it easy to assign courses to other delegates. This step-by-step guide will help you allocate a course to someone else

✅ Step 1: Log In to My Portal

 

  1. Open your browser and go to myportal.theknowledgeacademy.com
  2. Log in with your registered email address and password.
  3. Once logged in, you'll land on your dashboard, which shows an overview of your bookings and activity. 


 

✅ Step 2: Access Your Recent Orders

You have two ways to view your recent purchases:

  • Option A: Click on the ‘Training Overview’ tab from the dashboard and then go to ‘Recent Orders’


  • Option B: Use the ‘Orders’ link in the top navigation bar to view your complete order history



This will display all the courses you've purchased.

✅ Step 3: Open the Order with the Course You Want to Assign

  1. From the list of orders, locate the one that contains the course you wish to assign.


  2. Click on the order to expand it and view all the individual course items included in that booking.
  3. Review the list and identify the course you'd like to allocate to a delegate.

✅ Step 4: Assign a Delegate

  1. Next to the chosen course, click the ‘Choose Delegate’ button.



  2. A window will appear where you can:
    • Select a delegate from your existing list, or
    • Add a new delegate by entering their name and email address.
  3. Once the delegate is selected, you’ll see an option to allow them to book their date.

✅ Step 5: Allow the Delegate to Choose Their Own Date

  1. Click ‘Notify Delegate to Choose Date’.



  2. A confirmation message will appear asking if you’re sure you want the delegate to book their own training date.



  3. You’ll also be prompted to review our rescheduling policy. Make sure you're comfortable with the terms.
  4. If everything looks good, click ‘Confirm’.

📩 What Happens Next?

  • The delegate will receive an email notification with instructions to log in and select their preferred training date.
  • They will be able to view available options and complete their booking independently.
  • You, as the purchaser, can track their booking status from your portal at any time.
