Changing Your Course Delivery Method
If you would like to change the delivery method of the course you will need to contact the Sales Representative that you purchased the course from. They will then take you through the procedure of changing delivery methods. Each situation is assessed differently and may incur an additional fee. You should put this request in as soon as possible as the closer it gets to the course beginning the more difficult it becomes to switch the delivery method.
If your course has already started or you have already gained access to your E-Learning you may be asked to pay for the course again.
