Making A Complaint

If you are not satisfied with any part of your experience with The Knowledge Academy, we want to ensure that we resolve your issue. To make a complaint please use our tickets page. You will need to select our feedback section and can detail your complaint in the body of your ticket. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can deal with your complaint as sufficiently as possible.

Internal Complaints Process

Once a ticket has been raised it will be reviewed by a member of our Customer Care team. They will read the complaint and any relevant documents attached. They will find a resolution for the complaint internally and will be in touch with you within 3 working days.
