If your course is accredited by The Knowledge Academy, both completion and exam certificates are issued directly by TKA.

✅ How to Access Your Certificate

All TKA-issued certificates—regardless of training format—can be accessed via the MyPortal:

Steps to Download Your Certificate:

1. Log in with your registered email address

2. Click on the “Booked Courses” tab

3. Find the relevant course and click the “Detail” button

• Scroll down to locate and download the available Completion or Exam Certificate

⏱️ Certificates are typically available within 72 hours after your course ends or after you pass your exam.

📋 Certificate Eligibility Requirements

To receive your certificate from The Knowledge Academy, you must meet the following criteria based on the type of certificate:

✅ Completion Certificate (including E-learning)

• The course must be accredited by The Knowledge Academy (TKA)

• The course must be fully paid

• For live courses (virtual, classroom, onsite): the delegate must have attended the course

• For e-learning courses: the delegate must have completed 100% of the course on the platform

✅ Exam Certificate

• The course must be accredited by TKA

• The course must be fully paid

• The delegate must have passed the official exam
