Next Steps Following Payment
The first thing to expect following your payment to The Knowledge Academy is your receipt, or, confirmation email.
After this, if you have booked a Virtual Classroom course, you will receive your pre-course material (if applicable), joining instructions, and Zoom link, followed by a delegate pack 3 days prior to your course start date. The Zoom link will be sent out again on the Friday before the course as a back up.
If you have purchased an E-Learning course, you will receive your E-Learning login details. If you have purchased this course through your organisation by signing a booking form, you will receive your login details after the invoice has been paid.
Delegate Packs
You will receive your delegate pack before beginning your training course. It will include the following:
- Course Slides
- Workbook (If required)
- Any additional course resources
If you have not yet received your delegate pack please raise a ticket to our Customer Care Team. You can do this through the course material section on our tickets page.
Necessary Equipment for Online Courses
Our online courses are delivered to you via Zoom so you will need to download this and set up a free account before your course is due to begin. You do not need a webcam during your course, however, we do recommend turning it on during the course if you do have one. You will need to use a webcam to do your exam if it is an invigilated exam.
