Your Dashboard is the homepage of the portal. It shows your upcoming training, recent activity, and quick links to continue any in-progress courses. It’s the fastest way to jump back into learning or check your progress.
▶️ Continue Course Button
You’ll see a Continue Course button next to any course you’ve already started. Clicking this will take you straight back into your eLearning or virtual training environment. It’s designed to save time and reduce confusion.
📚 All Courses Section
In the All Courses tab, you can browse every course available to you. This includes:

Courses already assigned

Courses you've requested
-
Courses open for self-enrolment
Use this area to explore your learning options.
🔍 Request a Course Feature
Looking to enrol on something new? Use the Request a Course tab to:

Search for available training
-
Filter by subject, location, or delivery type (e.g. eLearning, Virtual, Classroom)

View full course details before booking via TheKnowledgeAcademy.com website
📝 How to Request a Course

Go to the Request a Course tab

Use the search bar to find a course by title or topic

Click on the course to view more details

Pick your preferred delivery date and method, date and time

Hit Confirm Request – this sends a request to your manager or training contact for approval

If you click
on a course, it opens a new browser tab showing the course page on our public website. This is helpful if you want:

A detailed overview

Certification or exam info

Learning outcomes
Important:
You must return to the MyTKA Portal to formally request a course. Viewing the website does not complete a booking.
