Resetting Your Login Details
Once you have been given access to your E-Learning course you will set up a username and password. If you forget those details or wish to change them please go to our E-Learning page. There, you can click on the forgotten your username and password link. Follow this process through and if you have any further queries you can raise a ticket on our tickets page under the E-Learning section.
Changing Your E-Learning From A Work To Personal Email
If you have already set up your E-Learning but wish to change the email address linked to it you will need to raise a ticket. You can do this by going to our tickets page and raising a ticket under the E-Learning section. A member of our Customer Care team will review your ticket and get back to you within 1 full working day.
