Accessing Joining Instructions
Once you have purchased your training course and booked a suitable date you should receive joining instructions. This should happen 30-days before your course is due to take place. If you do not receive them, you will need to raise a ticket on our tickets page under the joining instructions section. A member of our Customer Care team will then ensure you receive your instructions as soon as possible.
Incorrect Joining instructions
If you receive the incorrect joining instructions you will need to raise a ticket on our tickets page under the joining instructions section. Alternatively, you can contact the Sales Representative that you purchased your course from. They will be able to send you your revised instructions.
