Delegates to are required submit their exam requests through My Portal after completing their training sessions. Following the steps outlined below ensures smooth scheduling and timely access to the examination.
Step 1: Accessing My Portal
Once your training sessions are complete, please log in to My Portal at https://myportal.theknowledgeacademy.com/auth/login to submit your exam request.
Step 2: Logging In
- Open the portal link provided: https://myportal.theknowledgeacademy.com/auth/login.
- Log in using your registered email address and password.
Step 3: Viewing Your Courses
Upon successful login, you will see a list of all the courses you have undertaken with The Knowledge Academy.
Step 4: Selecting the Exam
- Find the course for which you wish to take the exam.
- Click the “Details” option next to the course name.
- After selecting “Details,” you will see the “Exam Request” option.
Step 5: Submitting Your Exam Request
- Click on the “Request Exam” button to submit your request.
- You can also view the status of your exam request, which will be marked as either Pending, Declined, or Completed.
Important Note
- Exam requests must be submitted within 30 days of course completion. Failing to submit within this time frame will result in an extension fee.
By following these simple steps, delegates can easily manage their exam requests through My Portal.
