      👉How to Download Your Certificate from the eLearning Portal

      You can download all TKA-issued certificates—including those from eLearning, virtual, and classroom courses—directly from MyPortal.

      đź“Ą Steps to Download Your Certificate

      Follow these simple steps:

      1. Log in using your registered email address

      2. Click on the “Booked Courses” tab

      3. Find the relevant course and click “Detail”

      4. Scroll down to the Certificates section

      5. Click to download your Completion or Exam Certificate

      ⏳ Certificates are usually available within 72 hours after your course ends or you pass the exam.

      đź“‹ Certificate Eligibility Requirements

      âś… Completion Certificate (including eLearning)

      You’re eligible if:

      • The course is accredited by The Knowledge Academy (TKA)

      • The course is fully paid

      • For live courses: You attended the full course

      • For eLearning: You completed 100% of the course

      âś… Exam Certificate

      You’re eligible if:

      • The course is TKA-accredited

      • The course is fully paid

      • You have passed the official exam

      🌍 Certificates from External Accrediting Bodies

      Some certifications are issued by third-party organizations. In such cases, you’ll receive your certificate directly from the accrediting body, not from TKA.

      How to Raise a Certificate Ticket:

      1. Log in to MyPortal

      2. Click Raise a Ticket

      3. Choose the category: Certificate

      4. Provide the following information:

        • Course title

        • Training type (e.g., Virtual, Classroom, E-learning)

        • Event or completion date

        • Screenshot (optional but helpful)
