🧭 Step 1: Log in to Your eLearning Portal
Before downloading any course resources, make sure you're logged into your eLearning account.

📚 Step 2: Go to Your Booked Courses
Once logged in:

Navigate to the “Booked Courses” section

Click “Details” next to the course you want to access
You’ll now see an overview that includes sessions, instructors, and access options.
📥 Step 3: Download Course Materials
On the course details page:

Scroll to the “Downloads” section

You’ll find all available downloadable content, including:

📄 PDF guides
-
📘 Workbooks
-
📚 Course manuals
-
📁 These files are great for offline study and revision.
🔧 Troubleshooting Download Issues
If you’re having trouble accessing or downloading content, try these tips:

🔄 Refresh the page or log out and back in

📂 No Downloads tab? Your course may not have started yet

🔒 Locked content? Make sure the course is fully paid and activated

🖥️ Use a desktop browser (Chrome or Edge preferred)

🚫 On a work network? Try switching to a personal connection in case of firewall blocks
