      How do I access my eLearning course after purchase?

      This article guides you through the entire process of accessing your eLearning course after enrolling with The Knowledge Academy—from receiving confirmation emails to starting your training videos. Follow these simple steps to get started instantly.

      Step 1: Check your Order Confirmation Email 📧

      After enrolling in a course, you will receive an email confirming your order. This email includes:

      • The name of your course

      • Purchase details
        📝 Tip: Keep this email safe—it serves as proof of enrollment.

       

       

      ⚠️ Note: Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam/junk folder.

      Step 2: Activate Your Learning Account 

      Soon after the confirmation email, you'll receive another email 📧 with an activation link.

      • Click on Activate Account.

      • You’ll be redirected to a registration page to set up your account.

      Step 3: Set a Secure Password 🔐

      Once redirected:

      • Create a strong password 🔐 to secure your learning portal.

      • This step personalizes and protects your account.

       

      Step 4: Access Your Booked Course 🎓

      1. Log in to your account.

      2. Click on the ‘Booked Courses’ tab in your dashboard.

      3. Find your course title and click ‘Details’.

      This section provides full access to your course features.

      Step 5: Download Course Materials

      Inside the course details page:

      • Click on the ‘Downloads’ tab.

      • Download PDFs, study guides, and other useful resources.

      These materials are essential for both online and offline study.

      Step 6: Start Your eLearning Video Modules

      • Click the ‘Access Course’ button.

      • This opens the video-based training modules.

      • Start learning at your own pace, anytime and anywhere.

      Step 7: You Are Ready to Learn!

      Congratulations! You are now on the eLearning platform.

      • All tools and modules are unlocked.

      • Begin exploring, studying, and growing at your convenience.
