This article explains how Virtual Classroom and Onsite course delegates can download their course material using My Portal. It also outlines what to do if you are expecting bespoke content and how to raise a support ticket if needed.
✅ Step-by-Step: Accessing Course Material
1. Log into My Portal
Use your login credentials (set during course activation) to access your dashboard:
👉 Go to My Portal
2. Navigate to Booked Courses

Once logged in, click on the ‘Booked Courses’ tab

Find your course title and click ‘Details’
3. Download Course Material
Inside the course details page:

Click the ‘Downloads’ section

You’ll find your course PDFs, study guides, and additional learning resources
These materials are available in digital format and support both online and offline learning.
📌 What if I don’t see course material there?
1. Bespoke or Specialized Content
Some customized courses (bespoke corporate sessions, specialist training) may not include downloads in My Portal.
In such cases, courseware will be emailed directly to you by:
