Downloading your course material from your Customer Portal is quick and easy. This allows you to study offline and keep important resources for future reference. Follow the steps below to access and download the materials provided with your course:

Step 1: Receive Your Order Confirmation Email
Once you enroll in a course, you’ll immediately receive an Order Confirmation Email. This email includes:
- Your course title and purchase details
- Confirmation of enrollment
- Important reference information
📌 Tip: Save this email as proof of registration—it may be required for support or certification queries.
🔗 Step 2: Activate Your Learning Account
Shortly after, you’ll receive another email with an account activation link.
- Click "Activate Account" to open the account setup page.
- This step is essential for accessing your personalized learning dashboard.

🔐 Step 3: Generate a Secure Password
On the registration page, you’ll be prompted to:
- Create a secure password for your account.
- Ensure the password is strong, unique, and memorable.
- This ensures the security of your personal data and learning environment.
📘 Step 4: Access Your Course from the Training Overview
Once logged in:
- Go to the Training Overview section of your dashboard.
- Under the Courses tab, locate your enrolled course.
- Click "Details" next to the relevant course title (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt).
📥 Step 5: Download Your Course Materials
Within the course details page:
- Scroll down to the “Downloads” section.
- Here, you can access all related resources, including:
- 📄 PDF Guides
- 📝 Workbooks
- 📘 Course Manuals
Click on “Download” next to each file, or use the “Download all” option to save all materials at once.
