Accessing Recorded Sessions
Our Virtual Classroom courses are not recorded. The delegate pack is designed for revision. Furthermore, the trainer may hand out slides or other course material for you to keep during your training. As mentioned in our available support section you are also able to raise a ticket to get in touch with your trainer with any remaining course questions via our Customer Care team.
Accessing Course Materials
Your delegate pack will be provided before your course starts and includes all course material that you will need. If your course has a workbook, this will also aid you in revision for your exam.
