Log in with your registered email address 2. Click on the **“Booked Courses”** tab 3. Find the relevant course and click the **“Detail”** button ![](https://support.theknowledgeacademy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-2.jpeg?width=636&height=182&name=undefined-2.jpeg) - Scroll down to locate and download the available **Completion** or **Exam Certificate** ![](https://support.theknowledgeacademy.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-3.jpeg?width=647&height=303&name=undefined-3.jpeg) > ⏱️ Certificates are typically available within **72 hours** after your course ends or after you pass your exam. --- ### 📋 Certificate Eligibility Requirements To receive your certificate from The Knowledge Academy, you must meet the following criteria based on the type of certificate: #### ✅ Completion Certificate (including E-learning) - The course must be accredited by **The Knowledge Academy (TKA)** - The course must be **fully paid** - For live courses (virtual, classroom, onsite): the delegate must have **attended** the course - For e-learning courses: the delegate must have **completed 100%** of the course on the platform #### ✅ Exam Certificate - The course must be accredited by **TKA** - The course must be **fully paid** - The delegate must have **passed** the official exam ---   #### 🌍 Courses Accredited by External Bodies(Not Accredited By TKA) For some courses, TKA facilitates training, but the certificate is issued by an external accrediting body such as: | Course | Accrediting Body | | --- | --- | | PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner | PeopleCert | | ITIL® 4 Foundation | PeopleCert | | PMP (Project Management Professional) | PMI |   In these cases, **the external body will provide your certificate**.
