Support with E-Learning Content

If you are unable to understand a section of your E-Learning course, we can offer you support to gain a better understanding of the course content. You will firstly need to raise a ticket on our tickets page under the E-Learning section. Detail the section or question in the course that you are unsure of in the body of the ticket. A member of our Customer Care team will then get in touch with the course trainer and respond to your ticket with the answers.

Getting Support with Technical Issues

If you are having technical difficulties with your online self-paced course, we can offer you support. You will need to raise a ticket on our tickets page under the E-Learning section. You will then need to outline the issues you are having with any relevant screenshots or documents attached. A member of our team will then review your ticket and ensure the issues are resolved for you.
