Virtual Course Logins
If you have decided to take your course on one of our Virtual Classrooms you should receive your logins as soon as payment is received for your course. If you have not yet received your logins or have incorrect logins please see our issues with joining instructions section for advice on what to do.
What To Do If you Lose Your Zoom Link?
If you have lost your Zoom link then you need to get in touch with a member of our team. You can either raise a ticket on our tickets page under the joining instructions section or get in touch with your Sales Representative. They will be sent out the Friday before your course again as a back up. If you do not receive this please raise a ticket and we will resend them to you.
